Shares of Swedish telecommunications company Sinch plunged for a second day on Tuesday, after the company targeted by short sellers said it will restate its past financials.
The U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority said Thursday that it is opening an investigation into the planned sale of SAP SE's cloud-communications unit SAP Digital Interconnect to Sweden's Sinch AB.
